Not just eating bananas in the morning!?

The morning banana diet is a very flexible way of improving your physical conditions, but it does not mean you can do whatever you like after eating bananas in the morning.

If you complain of not losing weight even if you eat bananas in the morning, do you remember all the basic rules?

It won't cost you money. You can't hate sleeping.
Go to bed early.
You'll be surprised of freshness the next morning.
Just going to bed early helps you lose weight, so it'll be foolish of you not to do it!

If you have a lot to do, write when to do them in your notebook. Leave the remembering part to your notebook. Empty out your head and have a goodnights sleep.


Relation of relaxing and dieting

When you feel stressed, you'll want to get rid of them.
If eating is the way for you, that'll cause obesity.
Obesity is so dangerous that, regardless of the growing span, your weight keeps gaining until you give in to risky diseases that lead to blindness or death.

If you have a simple image of "diet = controlling your meals", you probably are having difficulty in losing weight. No one can continue to be patient so long.

The most important point of dieting is not to get stressed out or feel tired of doing it.
In order not to get stressed out, do what you like and say what you want.
Be careful though, it is childish to say whatever you think without thinking. You should always think about whom you are talking to and say them in the right way, at the appropriate time and place. What matters is not what you say, but how you say it.
Venting your anger on others every time you feel stressed out is troublesome. And believe me, you'll get vengeance. Pulling each other down is ugly.

Watch TV? Eat good food? Dress beautifully? Sleep a lot? Travel overseas? Spend great time with your significant other?
I'm sure you want to do those things, but you are lacking something that you can do daily to enhance yourself.
Let's begin with a small step and make a habit of stepping up every day. Then, you can find more reasons to love yourself.
If you can enhance yourself first, you can have more choices. Putting your rewards just a bit ahead of you will keep you stress-free, and that is the key to success.
